📣 CALLING ALL BLACK FEMALE WRITERS & COMEDIANS!

The Writers' Corner is heading to The Pleasance Main Space on 17th July and we need your 10-minute scripts!​

 

This scratch night is all about Motherhood & Daughterhood—the generation gaps, the complex bonds and the deep, messy, beautiful connections. We want to feature stories from Black women (writers and comedians) that make us laugh, cry and everything in between.​

 

📝 Submission Guidelines:

• Length: 5-10 mins max

• Cast: Max 4 performers

• Types: Stage or screen scripts (Written, audio or video submissions accepted)

• Note: A £10 travel stipend is provided for selected participants
